Auto Processing
Our Auto Processing Forecast Report illustrates how Auto Processing works
First Benji Pays looks at all open invoices in your accounting system and if the following criteria are met:
- The due date is met
- Auto Processing is enabled for the customer
- There is an enabled Pyament Profile (credit card on file) for the customer
then, Benji Pays will:
- Process the invoice payment for the blance of the invoice automatically through your merchant account
- Send a transaction receipt to the customer
- Apply the payment to the open invoice in your accounting system.
After Auto Processing is complete
- Once processed, funds flow to your bank account just as they do when you process payments without Benji Pays
- You receive an email report of all the transactions
- All transactions are searchable and exportable from Benji Pays at any time

This video will show you how to setup your Benji Pays to integrate with Xero Accounting using Xero's custom invoice payment link functionality. Although the Auto Processing feature in Benji Pays will save you the most time and money by making your credit card processing nearly hands-free, it is very helpful to be able to send an invoice to your customer that they can click a button on to pay the invoice and save their card in your Benji Pays account for future invoice payments.

Moneris P400 Cloud Integrated Terminal
Integrate your card present transactions for credit and debit cards with your Moneris Payment Gateway. With the Verifone P400 Terminals available from Moneris, you can quickly and easily integrate your card present transactions with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop and Xero Account.
